Gow-Mac Instrument provides replacement thermal conductivity detectors (TCDs) for the Varian 3800 gas chromatograph (GC), as well as for the obsolete Varian 3400, 3600, and 3700 GCs

Each detector meets original equipment specifications and comes ready to install in your existing Varian GC The detector is made of stainless steel and comes with rhenium-tungsten (WX) filaments as standard

Special filaments for reactive samples are available upon request.

Corrosion resistant detectors utilizing nickel, Monel, titanium or gold-plated thermal conductivity blocks are also offered.

In addition to Varian, Gow-Mac Instrument provides replacement filaments and new replacement TCDs for other major brand name gas chromatographs on the market today, including many older instruments.

Gow-Mac is a manufacturer of gas analysis instrumentation and says it is well known for its expertise in, and manufacturing of, thermal conductivity detectors (TCD).
