Combines laser capture microdissection and laser cutting in a single system, and is said to be the only instrument currently available to combine both technologies

GRI Cellular Biology, the sole UK distributor for Arcturus, announces the release of the new Veritas microdissection instrument Veritas combines laser capture microdissection and laser cutting in a single system, and is said to be the only instrument currently available on the market to combine both technologies

Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is the method of choice for thousands of researchers worldwide.

Veritas is the only instrument to offer both LCM and laser cutting, making the system ideal for microdissecting non-soft or soft tissues, says GRI.

It enables users to cut and capture single cells or large numbers of cells with speed and precision.

Biomolecular integrity is maintained with laser capture, while unprecedented speed and flexibility is attained with laser cutting.

The intuitive user interface and automation features within Veritas reduce operator time and handling.

The dual technology provides unlimited application flexibility.

The Veritas microdissection instrument from Arcturus is sold and supported exclusively in the UK by GRI Cellular Biology.
