The G-Storm GS2 is a well designed, easy to use thermal cycler platform that combines medium to high throughput capacity together with added flexibility into the modern research lab

GRI (Genetic Research Instrumentation), an independent supplier of biotechnology products, announces the release of the GS2 thermal cycler from Gene Technologies The G-Storm GS2 is described as the perfect thermal cycler for when molecular biologists require twice the throughput or twice the capacity

Gene Technologies is represented exclusively by GRI in the UK and by GRI France.

GS2 is a well designed, easy to use thermal cycler platform that combines medium to high throughput capacity together with added flexibility into the modern research lab.

GS2 comes as standard with independent block control and fully automated heated lids.

Whether for use in robotics or standard lab operation automated power lids provides plate and tube sealing pressure that will be the same time after time, ensuring even more reproducibility of experimental protocols.

With a full colour 8.4inch TFT touch-screen display, GS2 presents users with an interface in which programming and control is point and click or drag and drop.

Utilising functions such as program wizard, active sample cooling, GLP reporting and USB connectivity, the GS2 and the rest of the G-Storm range are setting new standards for thermal cycler excellence.

The G-Storm GS2 from Gene Technologies is available immediately from GRI UK and GRI France.
