Genetix has announced the availability of an advanced range of adhesive sealing films optimised for use with wide ranging microplate applications The new range includes optically clear real-time PCR film designed for maximum signal transmission, special breathable seals for use with tissue culture plates and bio blocks, aluminium foils which eliminate the need for heat-sealing devices, and inert seals for use in applications involving harsh chemicals
Also available are multi-piercable seals that operate over a broad temperature range to provide the perfect sealing solution for automated long-term storage applications.
Every film is said to provide a uniform and consistently applied adhesion to eliminate edge effect enhancing confidence in sample integrity.
