Precise compound transfer on the
nanoscale
Low nanolitre volumes of sample solution can be precisely and rapidly transferred into assay plates with these 96 or 384 pin replicators
Genetix offers a choice of 96 or 384 pin replicators for compound transfer in clone library replication and manipulation applications Unlike most commercial pipetting systems that cannot accurately pipette less than 100nl, with QReps low nanolitre volumes of sample solution can be precisely and rapidly transferred into assay plates

This makes the QReps range of replicators an ideal choice for compound transfer.
Typically, it is desirable that the amount of compound transferred to an assay well is less than 5% of the final well volume.
Since assay volumes may range from 2ul (1536 well plates) to 50ul (384 well plates), 20 to 100nl amounts of compound stock solution should be transferred to maintain the DMSO concentration in the desirable range.
The range includes a choice of either polypropylene or stainless steel pin array replicators.
The disposable plastic QReps are made from polypropylene and are supplied sterile, eliminating the need for ethanol washing prior to use.
The stainless steel replicators are autoclavable and pins are easily removable and interchangable.
QReps offer a cost effective alternative to a corresponding array of pipette heads and do not require the purchase of disposable pipette tips. Request a free brochure from Genetix ...
