Guava Technologies has unveiled a new corporate identity that connects its logo with the company's core business - cells and science

Guava Technologies has unveiled a new corporate identity that connects its logo with the company's core business - cells and science Following a second consecutive year of triple-digit growth in 2003 the biomedical products company is looking with its new identity to better position itself with customers in global markets, investors, employees and other shareholders

Officially launched at the recent American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) meeting in San Fransisco, USA, Guava is looking to rollout the new identity into all aspects of its business throughout 2004.

During 2003, Guava launched the Guava PCA-96 system, a green-laser based system that can count, screen, and profile cells in the highly productive 96-well plate format.

The Guava PCA-96 began shipping in May.

Guava also launched its new Guava PCA-96 AFP system in October, said to be the only solid state blue-laser, micro-volume cell analysis system capable of screening single cells at the research bench top for GFP (green fluorescent protein) expression in an automated format.
