Guava Technologies announces the appointment of Gianfranco de Feo to the position of director, customer support and service

During his tenure at Affymetrix, de Feo successfully initiated a programme to leverage the company's large customer base by conceiving and building a worldwide department for genomics collaborations.
This group worked closely with the global commercial team to coordinate technology access support and strategic external collaborations.
This approach resulted in over 30 productive collaborations that led to numerous product improvements and increased customer satisfaction.
Before joining Affymetrix, de Feo held the position of field application specialist at Perkin Elmer/Applied Biosystems.
He received his PhD in the field of neuronal and embryonic development from the University of California, Los Angeles.
