The very latest launches in materials testing equipment from Lloyd Instruments are now available to manufacturing, research establishments and universities in India through an official franchised distributor, Hemetek Techno Instruments.
Hemetek is believed to be the only agent in India stocking spare parts for universal testing machines, and has decided to extend a very successful 'buy back' scheme this year, where customers can replace old testing machines with new, powerful, yet easy to use testing systems from Lloyd Instruments.
Hemetek already supplies Lloyd Instruments's single and twin column universal testing machines (ranging from 2N to 300kN) as well as Davenport polymer testing instruments such as the melt flow indexer.
New launches include the latest version of the advanced, but user friendly, Nexygen MT control analysis software package (ISO Tickit accredited); the low force 1kN LFPlus universal test machine and the Taplus food texture analyser - both of which are modular in design for total flexibility.
A wide range of accessories (loadcells, grips, fixtures and extensometers) are also available for various customer applications.
In India, stocking spare parts can be expensive and very few suppliers of materials testing machines calibrate using digital proving rings.
Hemetek now offers NPL accredited calibration services with Lloyd Instruments digital proving rings and also stocks spare parts for rapid maintenance turnaround.
Hemetek is soon expected to gain ISO 17025 accreditation for total customer assurances over machine calibration and servicing expertise.
Hemetek, a supplier for many years, won its original contract with Lloyd Instruments due to its technical competency, applications expertise (particularly in plastics, packaging, education and food sectors) and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
As well as offering standard equipment, Hemetek has experience in providing custom-design solutions for novel applications, such as automated testing requirements, for example.
Hemetek's extensive customer base covers the whole of the Indian sub continent, with offices in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Banglore, and Delhi.
