Hemetek already supplies Lloyd Instruments's single and twin column universal testing machines (ranging from 2N to 300kN) as well as Davenport polymer testing instruments such as the melt flow indexer.
New launches include the latest version of the advanced, but user friendly, Nexygen MT control analysis software package (ISO Tickit accredited); the low force 1kN LFPlus universal test machine and the Taplus food texture analyser - both of which are modular in design for total flexibility.
A wide range of accessories (loadcells, grips, fixtures and extensometers) are also available for various customer applications.
In India, stocking spare parts can be expensive and very few suppliers of materials testing machines calibrate using digital proving rings.
Hemetek now offers NPL accredited calibration services with Lloyd Instruments digital proving rings and also stocks spare parts for rapid maintenance turnaround.
Hemetek is soon expected to gain ISO 17025 accreditation for total customer assurances over machine calibration and servicing expertise.
