Pre-wired strain gauges save time

Gauges have been designed to be easier to fit by inexperienced or infrequent users, with no need to solder onto delicate or sensitive areas

HBM's latest strain gauges are fitted with pre-assembled connecting cables to facilitate handling and save time and are available in 2-, 3- or 4-wire configurations The variations are each mounted on a common carrier with every strain gauge having two Teflon-coated wires attached to it

The strain gauges have been designed to be easier to fit by inexperienced or infrequent users.

They are easier to fit in difficult areas and there is no need to solder the gauges onto delicate or sensitive areas.

Strain gauges (SG) measure very small deformations on moving or mechanically loaded test objects.

HBM supplies a wide range of additional data acquisition and analysis equipment to allow forces and stress states to be determined with very high degrees of accuracy.

HBM also provides seminars and hands-on workshops to help end-users improve their knowledge and practical experience of strain gauge technology. Request a free brochure from HBM UK ...
