Compact size, high accuracy, and dynamic performance to provide bidirectional repeatability accuracy of 3µm open loop in travel ranges from 50 to 200mm

KV stages are engineered using high accuracy re-circulating ball ways, integrated end travel limits, standard Nema 17-frame stepper motor with coupling and mount, and anti-backlash leadscrews.
Travels range from 50mm to 200mm with flatness of travel less than 1µm over every 25mm of travel.
Linearity of the screw is better than +/-2µm over the full travel with pitch/yaw 10arc/seconds per 25mm of travel.
Load capacity is 15kg.
Options include a choice of either 1mm or 2mm pitch lead screws, rotary encoder (2000 or 4000 CPR), a brake for vertical applications and three finishes (black annodise, gold irridite and chrome plated).
