Reinforcing commitment to US customers
The new Michigan office will provide sales and applications support to customers and Hiden representatives throughout the United States
Hiden Analytical says it has reinforced its commitment to its customers in the United States by officially opening the doors to a new, dedicated sales and applications office in Michigan state The new facility strengthens Hiden's presence in North America by adding to the corporate office and service centre based in Peterborough, New Hampshire
Heading the new office is Mark Buckley, who relocated from the UK headquarters to oversee this new operation.
"This new office dedicated to our American customers is part of Hiden's on-going commitment to improving customer service," commented Peter Hatton, sales director of Hiden.
"We recognise how vital the United States is to our continued success and see the region playing an even greater role in the future.
"It represents the latest step in our ongoing policy to increase our presence for the mutual benefit for all parties.
