Clean-up DNA, RNA, protein, peptides, and nucleotide preparation, quickly and easily with the Harvard Apparatus Gel Filtration (Sephadex) SpinColumns

A broad range of packings are available: G10, G25, G50, G100, P2, and P6 Harvard Apparatus SpinColumns have a three sampling sizes from the Ultra-Micro SpinColumn at 10 to 25ul, Micro SpinColumn from 25 to 75ul and the Macro from 75 to 150ul

SpinColumns are also available in a 96-well format that has a sample volume of 25 to 100ul and is SBS compliant for automation.

Single SpinColumns can also be easily attached to a syringe using the included adapters.

This is great for the quick single sample preparation.

SpinColumns also come with many other selectivities: C18, C8, C4, silica, CN, NH2, PVOH, PHEA, strong and weak anions and cations, activated charcoal, cellulose, IMAC and titanium oxide.
