Micronote system offers Polyblock platform control
The Micronote control and data-logging system from HEL has been extended to control the company's compact parallel synthesis platform - the Polyblock.
The multi-zone reaction platform is available in two versions, performing four or eight reactions in independently controlled temperature zones.
The modular nature of the system allows users to change their platform according to their research requirements.
Polyblock is a robust and cost-effective solution for both low- and high-pressure applications; it is used in laboratories for applications such as parallel crystallisation, hydrogenation, catalyst screening and various other synthesis applications.
HEL has developed the Micronote as a simple control and data-logging interface.
The touch-screen unit requires no knowledge of standard or specialist software packages and 'feels' exactly like a conventional key-pad controller - while providing the benefits of automation, data logging and recording and graphical data display.
Designed for the occasional as well as regular users, this system is set to increase productivity in process development labs.
Standard 'off-the-shelf' systems are available, but many additional features can be incorporated on request.
