New focus on observational research and
analysis
Icon's new lifecycle sciences group will incorporate Ovation research group, a leading patient registries, outcomes research and health economics firm that was acquired by Icon in July 2006
Icon has set up a dedicated business group within its clinical research division focused on observational research and analysis services Commenting on the changes, John Hubbard, global president of Icon Clinical Research, said "This is the latest step in the integration of Ovation into Icon's clinical research division and reflects how its expertise in patient registries, patient-reported outcomes research, health economics and statistical analysis is integral to our service offering
