Now taking bookings for 2006 spring conference

An ICR (Institute of Clinical Research) product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Nov 28, 2005

The Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) is taking bookings for its annual spring conference and exhibition, to be held at the International Convention Centre and GMex in Manchester, 4-5 April 2006.

Now in its 27th year, the ICR event is the largest and most prestigious clinical research conference and exhibition in Europe and represents an essential marketing opportunity for any clinical research related company, says ICR.

Exhibitors vary from CROs and SMOs to academic institutions, professional bodies, pharmaceutical companies and the service companies that support the industry.

This year's event, entitled Bridging The Void - Managing Complexity and Constraints in Clinical Research, promises to be well attended with 1200 attendees forecast.

ICR is taking bookings for the exhibition and has 160 shell-scheme stands of varying sizes available for purchase ahead of the event.

The stands include a package of extras including delegate passes for the main conference, lights, power points, a carpeted floor, all meals and refreshments during opening hours, free tickets to the exhibition pre-view drinks reception on the 3rd and a free promotional piece in the conference handbook.

Jayne Turner, operations co-ordinator at ICR said: "It may seem a long way off but our experience tells us that exhibitors should book as early as possible.

"This event sells very quickly and the earlier you book, the more chance you have of getting the space on the exhibition floor you want".

A full delegate list will be issued at the start of the event and there is also a wide range of additional sponsorship and advertising opportunities available to suit all budgets.
