Hardness test blocks traceable to both national and international standards are now available for the three most popular hardness scales from Indentec's hardness standardising laboratory The move follows the UKAS accreditation of Indentec's Brinell standardising machine, which now operates alongside the Rockwell and Vickers standardising systems previously accredited at the laboratory

Providing a wide choice of hardness levels, Indentec's Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell test blocks ensure that hardness testing equipment in service can be reliably calibrated to official standards of accuracy.

They are all dual calibrated to ISO and ASTM standards and supplied with traceable calibration documentation.

All are manufactured by Indentec at its Stourbridge plant.
