Integra Biosciences announces changes
In order to follow the strategy of focusing and strengthening its lab instruments business Integra Biosciences has announced the first in a series of changes to streamline the business
Integra Holding has announced that Integra Biosciences will be focusing its principle activities on developing, manufacturing and marketing of laboratory instruments in the fields of physical sterilisation, liquid handling and cell cultivation The head office for Integra Biosciences products will remain in Switzerland but has now transferred to the city of Chur, under the name Integra Biosciences/Tecuria Engineering, a 100% owned subsidiary of Integra Holding

Building upon an existing and successful product marketing agreement the company will transfer its UK business activities from direct sales from the Integra Biosciences office in Letchworth to sales and support for IBS products by Scientific Laboratory Supplies (SLS).
Integra Biosciences will honour all existing obligations for all of its products in the UK in terms of warranty, service and repair.
