Integra launches Dose-It application reports

Integra Biosciences has announced two new application reports that demonstrate how its Dose-It programmable peristaltic pump makes the dispensing of a range of liquids efficient and accurate.

The first application report shows how a microbiological quality control group within a pharmaceutical company has used the programming capabilities of the Dose-It to establish standard operating procedures based on automated protocols that dispense various solutions like growth media and buffers into tubes, bottles and Erlenmayer flasks.

A second application report discusses how a Swiss centre for infectious diseases is using a combination of Mediajet Petri dish filler and Dose-It peristaltic pump to minimise processing time, reducing thermal and mechanical stress to erythrocytes enabling production of top-quality blood agar.

Dose-It is a peristaltic pump that makes the dispensing of liquids in the laboratory easy and efficient.

Providing high-accuracy dispensing across a range of dose volumes (0.1ml-10L) and flow rates (0.6ml/min - 5L/min) the high versatility of the Dose-It reduces the need for a laboratory to have several single-purpose pumps.

An intuitive multilingual user interface, coupled with large ergonomically designed display and keypad are simplifying programming and operation to an unexpected point.
