The idea of the mobile protein/peptide calculator is to provide information when and where you need it: in the laboratory.
This online software provides estimations of basic peptide properties such as molecular weight, iso-electric point, extinction coefficient, and solubility.
It also has an interactive peptide solubilisation guide.
The software is available for free download.
