Many of the 200+ exhibiting companies are to use International Biotech and Lab Automation Europe this November as the platform to launch a multiplicity of new products Centrally located at London's Olympia, there will not be a better opportunity in the UK this year for scientists to keep up with the latest life science product and technology developments from around the world, all in a single venue

Novel introductions will include nanolitre HT liquid transfer platforms from TTP LabTech and Innovadyne Technologies, a radical HT protein crystal imaging system from Veeco Instruments, as well as a new screening protocol from Millipore for characterising compound libraries and a new microwave compound factory from CEM Microwave Technology.
Since so many exhibitors will be introducing new developments at the shows, a series of free technology seminars will be run in the on-site lecture theatres.
Over 45 enlightening presentations will give visitors the chance to evaluate new products, technologies and solutions first hand.
Throughout the two-day event leading companies, including Thermo Electron, Corning Life Sciences and Genetix will be presenting their very latest scientific developments, technologies and findings.
Seminars will also provide best practice advice, such as Anachem's 'Guide to Good Pipette Technique and Maintenance'.
Opportunities to receive the latest market updates will also be available.
For example, Frost and Sullivan's European industry manager for drug discovery technologies, Sohail Sheikh will be presenting the company's latest research findings.
Dr Sheikh will discuss modelling trends within the fast-paced European high throughput screening marketplace.
"With so much information readily to hand for the entire spectrum of the life science community, we are expecting over 3000 visitors," commented Greg Cherry, event manager.
"They know that in one location they can witness the latest product and technology developments, meet with past and present colleagues, forge new partnerships and even begin the process of ordering new equipment.".
