Two new models from Ilmvac comply fully with the stringent requirements of the Atex directive for hazardous areas The MPC301Z Ex has a flow rate of 2.3m3/hr and a final vacuum of 8mbar making it suitable for many applications where safe removal of potentially explosive gasses and vapours is critical
Where higher boiling point solvents must be removed the MPC601T Ex model can be used.
With a final vacuum of 2mbar and higher flow rate of 4.5m3/hr this pump out performs any other Atex rated pump available today, according to Ilmvac.
Both models have the facility to purge the drive mechanism with nitrogen when required.
