The NanoPhotometer is an all-rounder for fast and easy analysis of submicrolitre and standard volume samples The high accuracy as well as absolute reliability of the NanoPhotometer for submicrolitre as well as for cuvette based measurements are shown
The collected data have been generated from several institutions around the world to demonstrate the versatility of the NanoPhotometer for nucleic acids as well as protein samples, dye incorporation of fluorescent dye labelling experiments and the determination of the optical density of bacterial cultures.
The results are showing an extended range of linearity and the high reproducibility of the NanoPhotometer.
