International Sorbent Technology (IST) has complemented its range of products for flash chromatography with Isolute TLC plates
are manufactured with silica absorbent of comparable characteristics to the silica contained in the Isolute flash columns.
These plates simplify the transfer of separation methods to Isolute flash silica columns.
The plates are backed with a thick, stable aluminium support that gives reduced background noise, providing a useful alternative to glass backed plates for TLC scanning Please contact IST for a copy of its new flash chromatography technical note TN117, which discusses TLC separations.
