Acrylamide cleanup columns
Multimode solid phase extraction (SPE) columns can be used for the extraction and clean-up of acrylamide from various foodstuffs
Normal (silica and NH2), reverse, and ion exchange phase columns are available.
Isolute flash chromatography columns are also compatible with the FlashVac, VacMaster, Flash Modules and FlashMaster systems.
The Isolute Flash-XL columns are available in three sizes, 4x10, 4x18 and 4x22, and are pre-packed with Isolute flash silica and flash C18 sorbents.
The columns are compatible with the FlashVac and VacMaster vacuum manifolds and can be processed on automated systems such as IST's Flash Modules and the FlashMaster from Jones Chromatography.
Also the Isolute Flash-XL 4x10 and 4x18 columns are compatible with the Biotage system.
The FlashVac manifolds have been specifically designed to process larger flash, SPE and filtration columns.
The manifold has an increased tank height designed to accommodate collection vials of 150mm in height, for collection volumes of up to 150ml.
The Isolute TLC plates are manufactured with silica absorbent of comparable characteristics to the silica contained in the flash columns.
These plates simplify the transfer of separation methods to Isolute flash silica columns.
