Isolute array HM-N plates for supported liquid extraction offer an easy to automate alternative to traditional liquid-liquid extraction, eliminating the need to physically separate immiscible layers.
The Isolute array 96-well plate consists of 96 individual wells each containing 200mg of Isolute HM-N, a modified form of diatomaceous earth.
The 96-well plates are processed using the VacMaster-96 sample processing station, or automated liquid handling system equipped with a vacuum manifold.
Available individually or as a part of the Bioanalytical Toolbox for method selection, the Isolute array HM-N plates offer clean extracts with low ion suppression characteristics.
