MP-TsOH cartridges contain a sulphonated macroporous polystyrene resin that is a polymer bound equivalent of p-toluenesulfonic acid.

Specifically developed for the isolation and purification of amines and basic heterocycles using a catch and release approach, Argonaut Technologies's MP-TsOH cartridges can also be used to scavenge basic reagents and by-products.

MP-TsOH resin shows excellent retention characteristics for a wide variety of aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic amines.

A nominal ~3mmol/g capacity is an excellent alternative to traditional silica based strong cation exchange sorbents.

Cartridges are processed either by vacuum or gravity flow and can be used individually for single reaction work up or in tab-less 3 and 6ml formats for parallel synthesis applications.
