Sorbent has been developed for the extraction of quaternary amines and polybasic drugs from biological fluids

Isolute HCX-Q SPE sorbent has been developed for the extraction of quaternary amines and polybasic drugs from biological fluids The sorbent provides high reproducible recoveries and extremely clean extracts, thus minimising matrix and ion suppression effects often encountered during LC-MS analysis

This unique mixed-mode sorbent utilises both hydrophobic and weak cation exchange retention mechanisms.

The weak cation exchange functionality ensures rapid and efficient elution of analytes that would not normally elute from traditional mixed-mode sorbents.

Available in both standard column and 96-well formats, Isolute HCX-Q is supported by a generic method to improve method development productivity.
