Training courses in decontamination
skills

Lancer is increasing its range of training courses in decontamination skills for products from laboratory glassware washers to automated endoscope reprocessors

This includes Accredited City and Guilds courses delivered by its Lancer Training Academy wing Lancer has always provided initial product training after installation of its washer disinfectors but in the last year has put a lot of resources into forming a training division which has focussed on improving the training on offer and ensuring that operators are fully confident and competent in using the product

Everybody gains as delegates acquire new knowledge and have been able to achieve significant improvements and greater efficiency in their particular department.

There is less downtime, less maintenance call-outs (which are often just user difficulties), less costs all round.

As well as on-site operational training Lancer now has purpose-built training facilities in Cambridge and can offer additional courses for operators, users, managers, engineers, test persons from laboratory research organisations or hospitals.

They are not all exclusive to Lancer products and can be both theory and practical such as the highly successful Accredited City and Guilds - 'Managing flexible endoscope decontamination to HTM2030'.

This 2.5 day residential course is high quality and affordable and a must for users of any make of AER.

The courses are not expensive and have been shown to be extremely cost-effective.
