Invitrogen has announced the development of an optimised protocol for amplification of low abundance RNA by Fish The protocol utilises the IVGN TSA kits with Alexa Fluor dye tyramides

The TSA technology employs familiar peroxidase enzyme based amplification combined with brilliant Alexa Fluor dye tyramides.

Used in conjunction with the Fish Tag RNA kits, the new TSA protocol enhances the capabilities of multiplex Fish.
