Invitrogen has announced the availability of a human IL-23 heterodimer Elisa kit that recognises only the biologically active IL-23 heterodimer, which is composed of the p19 and p40 subunits Available in either one- or two-plate pack sizes, it features high sensitivity (<15pg/ml), small sample volume (50ul) and specifically recognises the IL-23 heterodimer in human serum, plasma and cell culture samples
