Cell isolation is compatible with flow

Dynabeads FlowComp isolates cells with a simple tube-based magnetic separation that leaves the isolated cells bead-free, allowing downstream use in any cell-based application including flow cytometry
Invitrogen announces the launch of Dynabeads FlowComp cell isolation technology, described as a robust tool compatible with flow cytometry that is designed to isolate cells and avoid the negative cellular effects caused by foreign immunogenic substances With Dynabeads FlowComp technology, cells are isolated with a simple tube-based magnetic separation that leaves the isolated cells bead-free, allowing downstream use in any cell-based application including flow cytometry
In addition, the new FlowComp products are built on the inert Dynabeads technology, so that no harmful substances such as iron oxides or dextran, which remain following other isolation techniques, are left to negatively influence results.
Invitrogen's first products featuring this new technology will allow mouse and human T cell isolation.
