Invitrogen has announced the launch of the company's Express Sybr GreenER qRT-PCR and Express SuperScript qRT-PCR supermixes

Optimized for use in high-throughput fast cycling quantitative PCR instruments, these kits contain both SuperScript reverse transcriptase and Platinum Taq polymerase for greater sensitivity and more reliable data In addition, Express Sybr GreenER qRT-PCR reagents feature the same novel double-stranded DNA binding dye found in Sybr GreenER qPCR kits producing much brighter fluorescence and less PCR reaction inhibition than traditional Sybr Green I qPCR kits, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the qPCR assay

All kits, including both One-Step and Two-Step reagents come with UDG to prevent carry-over contamination.
