Dispensing of small, precise shots
Precision shots or beads of single or plural-component adhesives as low as 0.01cc are produced by this dispensing system
MicroMeter systems are designed to dispense micro-shots ranging in size from 0.01 to 10cc, depending upon the model selected The systems are powered by a pneumatic or optional servo drive
Servo systems are ideal for precision beads, while air-powered systems incorporate a micrometer-type shot adjustment and are primarily used for precision shot-dispensing applications.
MicroMeter features power inlet and outlet valves, coupled to positive-displacement metering cylinders and rods to ensure metering and flow rate consistency.
The systems are manufactured to be fixtured and their flexible PLC based controls readily integrate into automation.
