Claiming the highest resolution and smallest pixels in its class, these detectors are available with liquid nitrogen cooling for low noise or two-stage Peltier cooling for signal strength

The optical spectroscopy division of Jobin Yvon has introduced its new generation of the IGA3000 near infrared array series These new IGA3000 detectors feature spectroscopic-grade InGaAs linear arrays with 25 x 500 micron pixel elements, with wavelength sensitivity from 0.8 to 1.7 microns

Available with 512 elements, these new detectors are available in two versions: liquid nitrogen cooled for extremely low-noise analysis, or convenient two-stage Peltier cooling to -30C for stronger signals.

The small pixels and a maximum of 85% quantum efficiency make them ideal for spectroscopy analysis: the signal is detected without loss of the spectral information delivered by the spectrograph.

The Jobin Yvon IGA3000 family of NIR detectors is now expanded with these high-resolution devices, complementing the current large-coverage 50micron pixel devices in 256 or 512 elements.
