Horiba Jobin Yvon has released new elemental analysis application notes for hydrogen analysis The first provides detailed information on the accurate measurement of hydrogen content in different sample types such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, semiconductors or electronic materials and explains when to use fusion or solid extraction, applications and samples
The second note focuses on hydrogen analysis in a variety of solid samples.
