'Revolutionary' design provides easy transport, quick setup, and accurate sample preservation without reliance on ice or utility power

John Morris Scientific presents Isco's new Glacier transportable refrigerated sampler This unit combines the small size, light-weight, and mobility of a portable sampler, with an exclusive new refrigeration system

Its revolutionary design provides easy transport, quick setup, and accurate sample preservation - without reliance on ice or utility power.

The Glacier sampler is ideal for portable applications requiring accurate and recordable sample preservation such as trade waste, site remediation, metals analysis studies, etc Glacier's new patent-pending temperature control system continuously measures the actual sample temperature, and precisely regulates cooling to ensure accurate sample preservation.

The measured sample temperature is stored by the controller - enabling minimum, maximum, and average temperature to be displayed and downloaded.

In the field, the Glacier delivers 48 hours or more of refrigeration from a 12 volt deep cycle battery.

Other features include its power-saving cooling system can be set to standby until the first sample is drawn.

It can wait patiently for days or weeks to collect event-triggered samples, and then preserve them until a convenient pick-up time.

For even greater versatility, the dual-power version runs on either 12VDC or 240VAC mains power.

The Glacier controller also uses field-proven technology to ensure reliability, ease of operation, and durability.

Users can recall and run a stored program with two keystrokes.

Also, its Nema 4x, 6 (IP67) enclosure is watertight and dustproof.

The patented LD90 non-contacting liquid presence detector and pump revolution counting system, ensure accurate sample volumes.
