Existing chemistries include glucose, lactate, glutamate, and glutamine, with ammonium and others to follow.
Standard features include true multiparameter measurement and display, and rapid and accurate measurements typically displayed in less than two minutes.
Other features include touchscreen display with intuitive, graphical menu choices; reliable, easy- to-install enzyme membranes; simple reagent management; bar code reagent entry; and multiple data paths.
The unit is also UL, CUL, and CE-compliant.
The system offers flexibility for upgrade to the full line of YSI 7100 MBS Multitask Intelligence features.
This will offer features such as online monitoring, PC-based data acquisition software, 30-station turntable, and an expanding base of sensor selections including ammonium.
