Other applications of the AP-100 include measuring sugar by the international sugar scale, attributes of inverted sugar as well as the specific optical rotation or concentration of optically active substances.
Unique features include space-saving design, and an automatic measurement and digital display.
The new AP-100 also has flash memory to store the most recent 30 readings.
