John Morris Scientific introduces the new C24KC incubated and refrigerated shaker for benchtop use This unit has been designed by New Brunswick Scientific, a manufacturer of high quality biological and combinatorial shakers

This new compact benchtop shaker is ideal for growing temperature-sensitive cultures at near and below ambient temperatures.

The built-in refrigeration is especially useful for growing cultures that exhibit optimal growth rates below room temperature.

The sophisticated microprocessor control maintains chamber temperature between 60C and 15C below ambient, within +/-0.25C of setpoint.

It automatically compensates for heat generation from culture growth, or to changes in ambient conditions.

The C24KC offers considerable cost and space savings compared with refrigerated chest models.

It accommodates test tubes and flasks up to two litres in a heated/refrigerated chamber.

The double-pane acrylic door eliminates condensation, and allows easy viewing of all samples.

It is also designed to maintain close temperature uniformity.

The C24KC also features smooth, stepless speed regulation (50 to 400rpm) to protect samples from sudden starts or splashing.

Other advanced features include programmable running time as well as high-low temperature alarms.
