From the bench-top RoTab T model up to our RoTab Bilayer, KG-pharma says it offers all tablet press models for the modern tabletting technology
The presses are controlled by an industrial PC system, on the large 15inch screen all relevant process parameter, graphics and statistic evaluations are displayed and can be exported to a MES or print out for complete trial documentation.
Special measurements e.g tablet scraper force, punch-force-displacement and punch stiffness are first time installed on a tablet press of this compact size.
Latest software feature is the upscaling module which allows to transfer all data, gained in the lab without delay to a tablet press of any producer like Fette, Korsch, IMA/Kilian, Manesty etc.
This guarantees fastest results and minimum time and product loss in the production area.
