Labcaire Systems says that production of its state-of-the-art Autoscope Guardian endoscope washer disinfector is good news for both endoscope users and patients
Autoscope Guardian has been designed to meet the new HTM2030 guidelines covering disinfector design.
With patient safety a priority today, it is important to know that each endoscope channel has been fully irrigated, the disinfection process verified, and every detail recorded to track endoscope usage in the unlikely event any patients are recalled.
Autoscope Guardian is ideal for busy theatres and clinics.
It incorporates many automatic features to make the unit easy to set-up and operate.
Like all preceding Labcaire Autoscopes, the fumes are contained within the unit to protect the user, and the system is compatible with a broad spectrum of disinfectants and chemicals to make the disinfection process efficient and cost-effective.
In addition, Labcaire is currently organising a series of training seminars nationwide to help health service personnel understand the current legislation and disinfection requirements.
