Lauda China focuses on Alpha thermostats

In September 2009 Lauda founded Lauda China, a sales and distribution company based in Shanghai, China.

Its five-strong team works closely with Lauda's agencies and supports the sale of the company's products, including the Integral XT process thermostats.

The founding of Lauda China formed part of the Focus Asia strategy project, which was carried out by Dr Detlef Kohlbrecher.

The project's aim was to increase Lauda revenues for the entire Asia region.

Alongside offering technical support, the marketing of Lauda Alpha - a range of thermostats designed specifically for the Asia region - in co-operation with the Chinese dealer network remains one of Lauda China's main tasks.
