Thermal controller punches above its
weight
New design is said to dramatically improve levels of performance and control: "it out performs systems almost twice its power rating" says UK distributor
Huber of Germany manufactures liquid temperature control systems in the range -120C to +400C Labtex, whose staff have almost 20 years experience with the Huber brand, has been appointed UK representative following a visit to the Huber factory in July 2005

The Huber Unistat range, launched nearly 15 years ago remains unique in its design and operation, and the introduction of the Nuevo controller will help this range of heater chillers to remain at the forefront of thermoregulation technology says Labtex.
Huber claims the latest Unistat models will offer higher performance while consuming less resources.
Thermal transfer is the key to temperature control, and a relatively simple modification to the fundamental design of the Unistat range has resulted in massive performance and control benefits.
The second generation Unistat presents a host of new features: touch screen TFT control, true adaptive control (TAC), variable pump control (VPC), flow and return sensors, and large bore piping with increased flows.
The large touch screen will display on going process data and is said to be intuitive to use.
Existing Huber users can choose between the familiar keypad layout and the combination of encoder and touch screen.
The new design incorporating large bore piping, flow and return sensors and variable pump control is said to dramatically improve levels of performance and control: "it out performs systems almost twice its power rating", claims Ken MacKenzie, international sales manager at Huber.
