Hydraulically sealed liquid
thermoregulation
The Huber Unistat Tango Nuevo is the first of a new generation and the basis for the complete Unistat range between -120C and +400C
The fundamental operational advantages of the Huber Unistat system are reduced volumes of heat transfer fluid (HTF) and high flow rates These result in improved heat transfer resulting in quick and precise temperature control in, eg, reaction vessels and other closed systems

Process safety and efficiency.
Manufactured in stainless steel, the second generation of Huber's established Unistat range is launched with the Tango Nuevo, 405 and 705 models.
It features the Unistat Pilot with true adaptive control (TAC) programmable non-linear ramping and the capability to monitor and control jacket and pressures and temperatures.
The fluid dynamics based pump design, with soft start, gives the highest possible flow rates allowing the fastest possible and safest ramp rates to protect your glass lined or glass reaction vessel.
Sealed Unistat principle.
The Nuevo models feature the unique hydraulically sealed, low volume fluid system.
During normal operation the expansion tank is thermally passive and fully self contained.
There is no HTF over-flow, no HTF oxidisation, no HTF vapour and no moisture absorption.
Simple to operate.
The Unistat Pilot features a colour TFT touch screen display using plug and play technology.
It shows user defined, clearly visible dynamic data displayed in an easy to read format.
Safety information, fluid/jacket pressure and temperatures are all clearly visible - numerically or graphically.
The user interface is via the touch screen or hot keys or the encoder dial.
The Unistat Pilot can also be mounted remotely.
An optional ComBox offers additional digital and analogue interfaces and software is available for documentation, visualisation, online operation and diagnosis. Request a free brochure from Labtex ...
