Spectrophotometer needs just one microlitre
Tiny sample volume and no need for a cuvette make this instrument suitable for applications including measurement of protein concentration and quality of nucleic acid samples
The uniquely clean optics of the patented retention system, combined with virtual filtering (see below) for the white LED applications, enables measurements across a wide range of wavelengths using sample volumes of 1-2ul without cuvettes and costly filter changes.
Labtech International announce the release of version 2.6.0 of the control software for the NanoDrop ND-3300.
The software builds on functionality of the existing NanoDrop software and is available for download free of charge from Labtech's website.
New in version 2.6.0:.
Fluorescence profiler added - this module enables the user to determine whether an unknown sample has any fluorescence without creating a specific method in advance.
It does so by sequentially running each LED and displaying the emission with a single 'measurement'.
User selectable dilution factor added.
New spectrum and waveforms to aid LED selection.
Expanded capacity for adding user defined mathematical operators.
Expanded control features for importing multiple files or samples.
