Torque transducer uses digital telemetry
Dynamometer torque transducer using digital telemetry is totally non-contact, offering reduced drive length and high level output signal with high accuracy performance
Lebow Products introduces its new model 2000 'short flange' dynamometer torque sensor line The model 2000 rotary torque sensors are designed for dynamometer applications where non-contact operation, high torsional stiffness, and short length are an advantage

Torque of the town
Amplified output compact non-contact rotating torque transducers suitable for laboratory applications and industrial environments at economical prices
The digital telemetry system eliminates the need for bearings and slip rings, which reduces maintenance costs and simplifies installation while still allowing for high accuracy performance.
The new family consists of 12 capacities ranging from about 200 to about 1100Nm.
Other capacities available upon request.
Standard output is +/- 5VDC with an overall accuracy of 0.25% or better when considering non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability.
The advanced digital telemetry is immune to RF, PWM and EM interference.
The model 2000 sensors mate directly to commercially available couplings on one side and to a drive shaft on the other side.
System power requirements are 10 -18VDC (optional) or 120VAC (standard) with an input-sampling rate of 26,000 samples per second.
Frequency response is 2kHz.
