Flange mount for solenoid valve

A Lee Products product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Jun 27, 2001

Lee Products has added a flange mount version to its range of 2 way MIV chemically inert solenoid valves. The flange is angled to allow closer coupled mounting

The interesting feature of the design is that the flange is angled at 30deg to the ports, which enables the valves to be mounted very close together on 13mm centres.

This not only minimises the overall size of the manifold but also reduces the cost significantly by minimising the amount of material used for the manifold.

Standard manifolds have also been created with 5, 6, 7, and 8 solenoid valves mounted radially on the circumference of the manifolds.
