Flexible option for scientific fluids handling

A Lee Products product story

An alternative to conventional syringe and peristaltic pumps, this integrated fluidic module is suited to liquids transfer applications in the laboratory

LabKit is an integrated fluidic module suited to liquids transfer applications in laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other similar applications, where precise control and high accuracy are crucial requirements.

Recently introduced by Lee Products, these compact, integrated modules are available in eight standard configurations and provide a flexible alternative to conventional syringe and peristaltic pumps.

The pre-plumbed LabKit incorporates Lee's high resolution LPV variable volume pumps (250 or 750µl) and miniature precision valves (two- or three-way models).

The standard kits include an LPV pump, valving, drive electronics, two reservoirs and all the necessary tubing.

The pumps and valves are precisely controlled by Nanodost (dispense operating software) on a visual basic net platform with text based graphic interface.

The LabKit can be simply controlled either by a PC, or by downloading commands for a stand-alone operation.

Custom configurations are also available, for example, LabKit can be configured for different dispense ranges, higher resolution dispenses and synchronised multiple pump operation.

Other features include, microstepping capability, pump and valve life of 5 million cycles minimum, facility to expand to enable multi-pump control and accuracy of 99.5% with a coefficient of variation of 0.04% (compensated for backlash).
