Offer cuts cost of radiopharmaceutical TLC scanner
LabLogic Systems is offering free delivery, installation and certified training with its Mini-Scan TLC scanner until 12 October 2006 in a deal worth £1250
LabLogic Systems is offering free delivery, installation and certified training with its Mini-Scan TLC scanner.
Available until 12 October and worth £1,250, the offer can be taken up in conjunction with the facility to make staged monthly payments that accommodate the limits of capital spending budgets, starting from as little as £800 per month.
The Mini-Scan is designed for detecting radio-isotopes on narrow strips and plates, making it especially suitable for quality control of the radiopharmaceuticals used in nuclear medicine and PET.
It gives short analysis times and accurate results for purity checks and in-process analysis of reaction mixtures, without the need to cut or scrape hazardous materials.
Up to six different detectors can be accepted, accommodating all commonly used isotopes from 32P up to 99mTc, 18F and others.
Adding still further to the scanner's flexibility are variable scan speeds (0.1, 0.25, 1.0, 2.0mm/sec) that allow a 5x20cm plate to be analysed in as little as 100 seconds; and interchangeable detector slits for analysis of activities from 10nCi up to 100uCi.
The digital pulse output makes the Mini-Scan system easy to interface to LabLogic's Laura 3.4 radio-chromatography data collection and analysis software, which is fully GMP- and Part 11-compliant.
