Several new lasers increase company's precision drilling and marking capabilities for optical apertures, orifices, and custom projects in titanium, stainless, nickel, and polycarbonate

Lenox Laser announces expanded capabilities in the field of microhole drilling For over 25 years, Lenox Laser has specialised in precision laser processing of small holes, slits, and shapes in a wide variety of substrates

Precision optical apertures are manufactured to exacting tolerances from 0.5 microns and up.

Medical firms and universities frequently purchase its lines of orifices, and request custom laser drilling for innovative research applications, the company says.

Flow control orifices are available in standard Swagelok, Cajon, and Parker fittings, as well as custom products - with holes ranging from the 1000s of microns down to 0.5 micron.

These orifices can be calibrated to Nist traceable standards, and designed to perform at a specified flow rate.

This year, the company unveils several new lasers, expanding its precision drilling and marking capabilities.

Enhanced laser marking facilities incorporate ultra-fast, ultra-precise lasers and software.

Laser marking is possible in a wide range of materials, thicknesses, and custom applications.

The company has processed silicon, titanium, stainless steel, nickel, polycarbonates, and other materials.

In addition to our laser drilling of microholes, Lenox Laser also laser processes custom projects.
